Alison Quandt Westgate is a Project Manager at Impact Performance Group, Inc. In this role, Alison works closely with key client contacts to gather client information, create relevant training materials for sales, service, and leadership programs, and manages program implementation and delivery of customized training solutions. She brings extensive program development experience as well as exceptional interpersonal, communication and leadership skills to the team.
Prior to joining IPG, Alison was the Assistant Athletic Director – Student-Athlete Development at Boston College. In that role she built, designed and executed the strategy for a holistic Student-Athlete Development Program in order to help prepare student-athletes for life after sport. This included designing a curriculum with streamlined learning outcomes and objectives based on needs assessments, consulting with industry experts, and developing a leadership strategy. Programs were focused on career development, leadership development, service and civic engagement with the Jesuit principle of Cura Personalis (Care of the Person) at their core. Her focus was on the vision, direction and oversight of a department that sponsors 31 varsity programs and 750 student-athletes while also acting as a bridge between the department and the rest of the university. The Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) was selected as the 2010 National SAAC of the Year under her advisement.
Prior to Boston College, Alison worked in the IT consulting practice in PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP’s Boston office with a focus on financial services. While at PwC, she was selected as the “SPA Star,” awarded quarterly to a staff member from the 180-person team who provided exceptional client service. Alison has a BA in Economics and an MBA with a leadership concentration from Boston College.
