Elise Bechard is a Relationship Manager at Impact Performance Group, Inc. In this role, Elise works closely with key client contacts, facilitators, writers, and developers to create customized training materials for sales, service, and leadership programs. Elise manages the program implementation and delivery of dynamic workshop experiences. With a sales and event management background, she brings strong negotiation, communication, and implementation strategies to the team.
Prior to joining IPG, Elise managed operations and client relations for a multi-million dollar event production company. Her day-to-day incorporated marketing, sales, hiring, team training and management, as well as union and vendor contract negotiations. Joining the company just after its incorporation, Elise was responsible for the company’s main accounts, and helped create and grow the various management systems and operations procedures the company still utilizes today. In addition to her primary duties, Elise also served on various advisory and association boards, taking on leadership roles to grow membership, oversee communications, and improve operations.
Before her time in the events industry, Elise owned and operated a sales franchise, successfully starting and growing seasonal offices in previously failed territories. After her second year, Elise’s sales representatives were generating the second highest productivity levels out of twelve offices in the Northern New England region..
Elise holds a B.A. in Marketing Communications with a minor in Creative Writing from Emerson College and a certification in Marketing Strategy/Digital Media from Cornell. An accomplished public speaker and trainer, Elise has been an online instructor for The Event Leadership Institute and serves as the event host and master of ceremonies at all US sales summits for a multi-billion dollar dental technology company.
